All Range Ball Dispensing Process now requires a Bar Code Ticket - Starting Thursday, 19th December

Key Changes:

• Printed Barcode Ticket Required:
  Gold & Junior Members, as well as patrons with Bulk Range Cards, must now obtain a barcode ticket to redeem their range balls.
• Where to Get Tickets:
  Tickets can be collected from the Pro Shop, Members Lounge, or Sports Bar dependent on time of day.
• For Early Morning Players:
  Remember to request a range ticket from the Pro Shop before heading to the driving range.

Reason for the Change:
Due to recurring technical issues with Member Card functionality at the ball machine. With regular system crashes causing delays and requiring frequent staff intervention a new process is being implemented. Barcode ticketing has proven very reliable and will now replace the tap-to-access function.

Details:

• Unlimited small bucket privileges before 1 PM for Gold and Junior members remain unchanged.
• Gold and Junior members will need to present their member card or provide their member number at the counter to receive their free small bucket tickets.
• For all other memberships, the current $5 Club competition customer process remains the same.

Benefits:
This change is designed to:

1. Reduce ball machine breakdowns.
2. Ensure smoother access during peak periods.
3. Retain all existing barcode ticket processes and member privileges.

Staff Assistance:
Staff will be available earlier to assist members with obtaining tickets.

The following policies have been formulated to ensure the safety of players, staff, and visitors when exposed to extreme weather conditions. They form a crucial part of Ranfurlie Golf Club’s Work, Health and Safety Management Systems and have been approved and supported by the Board. All members, visitors, and staff must comply with these guidelines.
