Notice to Ranfurlie Golf Members: Upcoming Elections to coincide with Annual General Meeting on Thursday 24th October at 7pm.

Dear Ranfurlie Golf Members,

We call on all eligible members to cast their vote in the upcoming Board Elections.

Voting is important because it gives you the power to influence the future of your Club. Similarly, the Board of Directors represents the voice of our golf members, making sure their interests are heard and prioritized in key decisions.

About the Election:

• Only eligible voting members can vote. (i.e. Lifestyle, Junior, Flexi, Access, and Provisional members cannot vote).

• Members can obtain a ballot paper from the Pro Shop where their name will be marked off a list. A ballot paper will be provided to the member to complete, and the marked ballot paper can then be folded and placed in the sealed voting box at the Pro Shop.

• Voting is anonymous. Members are not required to print their names or details on the ballot papers. 

• Each Member can only vote once.

• Voting is open from today until the commencement of the AGM at approximately 7pm on Thursday, 24^th October.

• There is no preferential voting. Members simply select the two nominees who they would prefer to see on the Board of Directors by marking a cross "X" in the relevant box.

• A representative of the Membership and a representative of the Management Team will count the votes.

• The results of the election will be announced at the end of the AGM.

You are cordially invited to attend the 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Amstel Golf Club Incorporated, to be held at Ranfurlie Golf Club on:

Location: Ranfurlie Golf Club 

Refreshments: Beer, wine and finger food provided. 

This year's AGM will coincide with a New Members Welcome Night, creating an opportunity to meet and engage with new members. As an additional incentive, a prize draw will be held for all eligible voting members who attend. The winner will receive their subscription fees for the following year at their current level of membership- completely free. 

Also on the night for any continuous 25 year or more members, they will have the opportunity of collecting a very special commemorative Ranfurlie Bag Tag.

New Members Night - Thursday 24th October 6pm

Preceding the AGM there will be a new members information night starting from 6pm. Established members are welcome to attend to meet and greet some of our new members that have come on board over the past 12 months.
